David Nabity is not only a businessman and a father of seven children he is also an accomplished drummer. In his early days, he played with a number of horn bands in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
After getting married to his wife Kim and starting his financial advisory practice, David turned his musical talents to the Gospel arena performing with a variety of worship teams in Omaha. In his mid 40’s, his inspiration was to create at top-notch jazz ensemble that would rival the nations best performing bands. However, during 2003-2006, David put his musical ambitions on hold to campaign for governor in the Republican Primary in Nebraska.
After enduring a grueling campaign with very tough competition, he is now very excited to focus on the basics: God, family, business and yes, Smooth Jazz music.
